Rio Tinto is seeking motivated individuals for Operator roles at Bell Bay Aluminium in Tasmania. You’ll be supported by leaders and an experienced team to contribute to safe and sustainable aluminium production through operating mobile and fixed plant equipment and performing manual duties in a hot setting.
This is a 12-hour shift role requiring teamwork, reliability and a proactive safety mindset. Training and career development are provided as part of our supportive team culture.
