The Role
Play a critical role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly as the business continues to expand. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you'll manage stock movements, order picking, and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency - all while delivering excellent customer service and upholding high operational standards.

Our client is a well-established, Australian family-owned specialist IT distributor with a $140M+ turnover, operating showrooms, and distribution centres across major Australian cities. Duties
- Pick and process orders accurately to meet shipping schedules and customer requirements
- Use Scan Pack software to invoice products and select correct freight carriers
- Verify incoming deliveries and put away stock using RF guns
- Conduct cycle counts, process customer credits, and prepare stock for container shipments
- Complete ad hoc warehouse tasks to support overall operations
Skills & experience
- Current forklift licence preferred, however candidates willing to obtain one will also be considered.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency with computers; Pronto and Scan Pack experience preferred
- Physically capable of safely lifting heavy items
