About the position

We are seeking applications for anEmploymentMentor to provideindividualised support, assistance and guidance to job seekers froma CALD background who are addressing/overcoming barriers toemployment. If successful,



you will ensure that they gain suitableemployment opportunities within an appropriate time frame, and willnegotiate, monitor and review the delivery of employment supportservices for clients. This involves the case management of acaseload of job seekers, reverse marketing candidates, job searchtraining and supporting employers as they take on candidates whoare from a CALD background.

Applications for this position will be accepted up to 6pm on Sunday, 30 August 2026 however interviews andother selection processes will commence as suitable applicationsare received.
