The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance and RE-FX Lead to join our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) Practice. This role is ideally suited for a senior SAP consultant with deep expertise in SAP Finance and strong experience in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) who thrives in a customer-facing support and advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Act as the Functional Lead for SAP S/4HANA Finance within AMS support engagements.
n
- Provide expert-level support and resolution for incidents, service requests, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to improve application stability and service quality.
n
- Ensure delivery of support services in accordance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and governance processes.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client business and IT stakeholders.
n
- Participate in service reviews, governance meetings, and roadmap discussions.




n
- Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and other SAP functional streams to resolve cross-functional issues.
n
- Develop and maintain solution documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
n
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SAP Practice capability development and knowledge sharing.

Essential Experience & Skills

n

n
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance support or implementation
n
- Minimum 1+years of experience in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX support or implementation
n
- Stronge expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Management Accounting (CO)& SAP S/4HANA RE-FX
n
- Valuable understanding of integration with various SAP modules (e.g., CO, PM, PS, etc.)
n
- Sound communication skills and stakeholder management
n
- Good documentation skills
n
- Previous experience in business facing support roles
n
- Understanding and exposure to SAP Treasury Management and SAP Grants Management are an added bonus
n
