Disability Support Worker- Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker for an immediate start to join our growing team. You will support participants with daily living activities and community participation while promoting independence, dignity, and choice with NDIS standards, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting clients with personal care and daily living tasks
n
- Supporting community access and social participation
n
- Providing emotional support and companionship
n
- Assisting with meal preparation and household duties
n
- Administering medication
n
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation
n




- Following individual support plans and safeguarding procedures
n
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
n
- Support participant goals and person-centred care plans
n
- Assist with daily living tasks and meal preparation.
n
- Follow Individual Support Plans, Behaviour Support Plans, and allied health recommendations.
n

Must hold -

n

Cert 3 in Disability

n

Blue & Yellow Card -Current P

n

NDIS Modules up to date

n

CPR - First aid certificate

n

Assist with the medication certificate

n

National police check - Up to date
