We are looking for a motivated and professional Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent to join our team in Doncaster. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing commercial property sales and leasing transactions, and delivering outstanding service to property owners, investors, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales and leasing opportunities through prospecting and networking
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
n
- Conduct property inspections and market appraisals
n
- List and market commercial properties for sale and lease
n
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements
n
- Manage enquiries and follow up with prospective clients
n
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and related documentation
n
- Maintain accurate client and property records
n




- Stay informed of market trends and local commercial property activity
n
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing is preferred
n
- Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Robust organisational and time management skills
n
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
