A national legal services firm is looking for a People Risk and Compliance Coordinator to be the backbone of their people risk and compliance operations.

You'll own the coordination and administration of critical compliance activities—maintaining registers and databases, managing audit programs, tracking actions to closure, and ensuring everything stays current, accurate and audit-ready. You'll be the coordinator who keeps teams aligned, deadlines met, and evidence accessible.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage people compliance records, registers and trackers across the firm—ensuring accuracy and accessibility
n
- Schedule and coordinate internal audit programs, evidence gathering and remediation tracking
n
- Monitor action logs and compliance trackers, following up with owners and escalating risks
n
- Prepare compliance reports and dashboards that give visibility across the organisation
n
- Support major projects including psychosocial risk implementation,
professional certification uplift and privacy process improvements
n
- Coordinate training logistics—scheduling, tracking completions and maintaining records
n
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation that drive consistency
n
- Build relationships across departments (IT, Finance, Operations, People Advisory) to embed compliance controls in practice
n

You'll Need:

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
n
- Robust organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
n
- Confidence working with systems (HRIS, LMS, Excel trackers)
n
- Cooperative approach—comfortable liaising nationally across functions
n
