Multisteps is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for food packaging and Film sheet manufacturing based in Narangba, Queensland

Job Description:

n

Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasises productivity and resource conservation

n

Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency

n

Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job

n

Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping

n

Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives

n

Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous Experience in Thermoforming and extrusion
n
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
n
- Mechanically minded
n
- 4+ years' manufacturing plant experience
n
- Ability to create and follow schedules
n
- Organisation skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices required
