We're looking for a creative, technically skilled Videographer who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to capture moments that inspire, educate, and engage. You'll work alongside Aaron and the content team to produce premium long-form and short-form content across every major platform.

The Role

n

As our Videographer, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and our internal training platforms. From live events and keynote presentations to behind-the-scenes moments and travel content, you'll ensure every significant moment is captured with creativity and precision.

Working closely with the Head of Content and Aaron Sansoni, you'll play a key role in bringing our content strategy to life through exceptional storytelling and production.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Film premium long-form and short-form content across multiple platforms.
n
- Capture content at events, workshops, travel days, podcasts, interviews, and behind-the-scenes shoots.
n




- Work with the Head of Content to execute weekly filming plans and creative direction.
n
- Maintain high production standards through expert camera, lighting, audio, and framing techniques.
n
- Manage filming equipment and organise footage for an efficient editing workflow.
n
- Build and maintain a library of B-roll and supporting assets.
n
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver engaging, platform-ready content and contribute fresh visual ideas.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 4+ years' experience as a videographer with a strong content portfolio.
n
- Experience filming both long-form and short-form content for digital platforms.
n
- Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, gimbals, and production workflows.
n
- Experience filming events, interviews, keynote presentations, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
n
- Confident directing on-camera talent, including founders, speakers, and clients.
n
- Strong creative eye for visual storytelling and premium brand execution.
n
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Willingness to travel interstate as required.
