We're seeking an experienced Leading Hand Tyre Fitter for a full-time role based in Bruce Rock, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone with robust tyre fitting experience who's ready to step up and lead a small team.

- $48.99 per hour flat rate

- 9:5 DIDO roster home every second week
n
- 12-hour shifts (plenty of overtime)
n
- Work with a well-established team in a regional WA location

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Leading and mentoring a small tyre fitting team on site
n
- Carrying out tyre changes, rotations and inspections on heavy vehicles and trailers
n
- Problem-solving on the go and ensuring jobs are done to spec
n
- Maintaining a high standard of safety and precision in all work performed
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 12 years experience in a similar role
n
- Previous leadership or Leading Hand experience in a workshop or field setting
n
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
n
- Ability to work well under pressure and lead by example
n
- Valid drivers licence and relevant tickets
n
