With an exciting range of Ford vehicles including the Ranger, Everest, Mustang and Transit, we're looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team.

About the Role

n

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience while guiding customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
n
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of showroom, online and phone enquiries.
n
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
n
- Negotiating sales professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
n
- Working closely with our Business Manager and Aftermarket Consultant to provide customers with complete vehicle ownership solutions.
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and consistent follow-up.
n




- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to dealership success.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a franchised dealership.
n
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
n
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
n
- A motivated, self-driven and professional approach.
n
- Availability to work weekends.
n
