Our Non-Financial Risk team within Banking and Financial Services supports colleagues across the business to effectively manage operational risk. Working closely with many teams within our group and throughout Macquarie, we provide expertise that helps to drive high-quality risk management outcomes whilst also supporting the business’s growth aspirations and strengthening our risk culture.

What role will you play?

As a manager, you'll play a key role in delivering complex regulatory and risk programs spanning our retail, business and wealth products. You'll drive planning, coordination and program governance, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement and embed best-in-class risk, controls and obligations management tools, processes and frameworks.

What you offer

- Extensive experience in project delivery and governance in the financial services industry; regulatory/compliance/risk project background preferred
- Sharp analytical,



problem-solving and prioritisation skills across concurrent tasks and multiple workstreams
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and provide trusted risk advice to a wide range of senior stakeholders (e.g., product, technology, legal, compliance, Line 2 risk)
- Demonstrated ability to balance commercial decisions with robust risk management outcomes, finding ways to design new operating models and/or innovate within established frameworks and a highly regulated environment
- Experience as a people leader, with a proven ability to identify talent, foster a collaborative team culture, and motivate your team to achieve excellence.
