Sales Manager – Mining & Offgrid | BESS, Microgrid & Industrial Energy Solutions

A global leader in renewable energy technology is expanding its Australian presence in the mining and offgrid sector. They're looking for a Sales Manager to lead that growth, with a solid focus on BESS and microgrid solutions for remote and industrial applications.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Lead the expansion of the business across mining, offgrid, microgrid, and industrial clients in Australia
n
- Own annual sales targets, from planning and forecasting through to execution
n
- Build and grow relationships with key accounts, mining operators, EPCs, and distributors
n
- Identify and present new project opportunities within the mining and resources sector, including microgrid and hybrid power solutions
n
- Review quotations and oversee delivery,



ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
n
- Represent the business at industry events and in client meetings
n
- Provide market and competitor insight to inform strategy
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 6+ years' sales or business development experience in Australia, ideally with exposure to mining, offgrid, or industrial sectors
n
- Proven success acquiring new clients and closing new business
n
- Experience in renewable energy, BESS, and/or microgrid solutions
n
- An established network within mining and offgrid in Australia
n
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable learning technical product detail
n
- Confident working independently across a geographically dispersed market
n
- Ability to travel interstate
n
