We are partnering with one of Australia's leading financial services organisations to secure an experienced Systems Administrator / Developer specialising in Archer (formerly RSA Archer). In this initial 6-month engagement, you will play a key role within the Risk Platforms team, driving the administration, development, and ongoing configuration of the organization's Archer workplace to support critical risk management functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Archer platform.
n
- Design and implement platform enhancements, custom applications, workflows, and dashboards.
n




- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical Archer solutions.
n
- Manage user permissions, access controls, data feeds, and system integrations.
n
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal platform performance and stability.
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Proven hands‐on experience in Archer development, configuration, and administration (essential).
n
- Background in financial services, banking, or superannuation is highly regarded.
n
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions within fixed timeframes.
