About the role
n
In this dual role, we are looking for a full time person, you will support bothcustomer serviceand be awarehouse assistant, helping ensure our customers receive the best service, and our products are handled with care.
n
Customer Service Responsibilities
n
n
- Visit and assist in-person to our customers
n
- Setting up our flooring display for our Sydney customers
n
- Work with our dedicated Administration Team in our Office
n
- We require somebody who is confidant who can work alone and as a team
n
- Following the lead of the senior sales team and management
n
n
Warehouse Responsibilities
n
n
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
n
- Receive and check incoming goods
n
- Maintain stock organisation and cleanliness
n
- Assist with stock takes and inventory control
n
n
About you
n
n
- Experience in customer service, and warehousing
n
- Helpful attitude
n
- A willingness to learn about flooring and underlay and related products
n
- Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
