SIL Home & Respite Services We are currently seekingdedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and respite services.
Main Locations:
- Liverpool
- Quakers Hill
- Werrington
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and help promote independence while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent written and verbal English skills
- Right to work in Australia
- Previous experience in disability or community support (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Infection Control Training (COVID-19)
- Completion of NDIS Modules
- Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
