What you'll be doing…
We're looking for a detail-focused Compliance Officer to join the operations team. This role is key to supporting safe, high-quality, government-funded aged care services by ensuring supplier compliance and maintaining strong working relationships across the business

In this role, you will:

- Reviewing and validating supplier documentation, credentials, and registrations
- Keeping compliance records accurate and up to date to support smooth payment processesLiaising with suppliers to request documentation and clearly explain compliance requirements
- Building strong, professional relationships to support ongoing compliance
- Using technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, reporting, and data management





Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in administration, compliance, or customer service, with strong attention to detail
- Exposure to compliance-based or checklist-driven environments (highly regarded)
- Confidence managing a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and calm approach
- A resilient, organised, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365; CRM experience (Zoho advantageous)
- Immediate availability and the ability to commit to the full contract term
