Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Guest Recognition Specialist to manage guest profiles, preferences, and recognition details throughout the guest journey. You will work within the Commercial Team, reporting to the Reservations Manager, to deliver personalized service and maintain data quality.
You will collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, Guest Relations, F&B;, Spa, and other departments to ensure accurate profile data and meaningful guest experiences across arrivals and stays.
