Your job is to identify strong prospects, create opportunities, secure conversations and support the Managing Director through the process of converting those opportunities into USAPAC clients.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines excellent organisation with genuine commercial instinct.

You may currently be an Executive Assistant, Business Development Coordinator, Account Executive, Sales Coordinator, Partnerships Coordinator or similar qualified looking for a flexible role with considerable scope to grow.

Experience with LinkedIn, prospect research and CRM systems

The ability to turn research into actionable business opportunities

Exceptional organisation and follow-through

Confidence working independently

A professional and polished communication style

A proactive, commercially minded approach

An interest in international business, government, defence, trade or market entry

The Prospect

This is an opportunity to join USAPAC at an early stage of its international growth.

You'll work directly with the Managing Director and have significant visibility across the business rather than being confined to traditional administrative duties.

For the right person, there is substantial scope for the position to grow in hours, responsibility, remuneration and international business development involvement as USAPAC's U.S. client base expands.

What We Offer

$40–$50 per hour + super

20–25 hours per week initially

Additional incentives for self-originated opportunities that become signed USAPAC clients

Flexible working arrangements primarily between our Margate office, meetings as required and home.
