Pure Fishing is seeking a practical, customer-focused Service Department Technician to join our Tuggerah service team. You’ll repair and service reels, identify spare parts, and provide prompt support to retailers and consumers.
Working with the Service Department Lead and cross-functional teams, you will maintain accurate service records, keep repairs moving, and deliver positive customer outcomes while developing specialist product knowledge and repair expertise in a global outdoor brand.
