Nextt is seeking a Senior Disability Support Worker / Team Leader for our Ballarat SIL team on a part time 6-month maternity leave contract with potential extension. You will lead hands-on support while guiding the team to deliver person-centred care.
In this role you’ll mentor staff, ensure adherence to support plans and health strategies, and coordinate day-to-day activities. Strong leadership and communication are essential, along with relevant checks and a current First Aid certificate.
