Tuckett's Tyrepower Cranbourne is seeking a skilled and dedicated Wheel Alignment / Tyre Technician to join our team on a full-time basis . Based in Cranbourne, VIC 3977 , this role is central to delivering high-quality automotive services to our customers. As a Wheel Alignment / Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for performing precision wheel alignment work, tyre fitting, balancing, and related maintenance services. This is a hands‑on position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and vehicle safety, making it essential to our business operations.

Key responsibilities

Perform wheel alignment services using modern diagnostic equipment and alignment machines to industry standards

Fit, balance, and remove tyres for a variety of vehicles, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify alignment issues, tyre wear patterns, and suspension concerns

Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work completed

Advise customers on tyre maintenance, wheel alignment needs, and vehicle safety recommendations

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices

Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, including proper storage and handling of tyres and equipment

Assist in stock management and ordering of tyres and related products as needed

Provide exceptional customer service and support to the wider Tuckett's Tyrepower team

What we’re looking for

Formal qualification in automotive wheel alignment and / or tyre fitting, or equivalent hands‑on experience in a similar role

Proven experience working as a tyre technician or wheel alignment specialist in a commercial automotive workshop

Competency in using wheel alignment equipment, tyre fitting machines, and balancing equipment

Solid understanding of vehicle suspension systems, steering geometry, and tyre specifications





Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering precision work

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to commute to Cranbourne

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Physical capability to perform hands‑on mechanical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items

Current or willingness to obtain relevant safety certifications as required by the automotive industry
