Ingenia Rental Chelsea is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Officer to keep the park’s outdoor spaces clean, protected and welcoming. Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll upkeep grounds, assist with repairs, and coordinate contractor work while maintaining safe, well‑documented operations.
Ideal candidates have hands‑on grounds maintenance experience, a current C‑Class licence, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach to delivering high levels of service.
