As Chef de Partie you will prepare, cook and present dishes to our high standards; maintain cleanliness; train junior staff; and uphold HACCP procedures. You will work with a friendly brigade and benefit from a supportive learning workplace, with Sundays/Mondays off and doorstep public transport.
