About The Role

Feros Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Workers to join our vibrant team at our Bangalow, NSW Village. If you're passionate about person-centred care and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older Australians, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing personal care that supports residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Assisting with meals and daily routines
- Participating in meaningful daily activities that enrich residents' lives
- Accurately documenting care notes and reporting changes in resident needs
- Building positive relationships to help residents feel protected, supported, and truly at home

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care,



or equivalent (essential)
- Endorsement to assist with medication (desired)
- Experience in aged care or community care (highly regarded)
- A warm, person-centred approach and a genuine passion for supporting older people
- Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality care
