ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience across the store in Sydney. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, educate guests on mindful movement products, and drive sales performance.

You will partner with Operations, Visual, and Studio leads to align targets, budgets, and initiatives while coaching staff to excellence. Flexibility for peak trading periods and weekends is required.
