Female Support Workers that are experienced in supporting clients with high complex behaviours are needed !!

Please note: These preferences are based on the participant’s individual needs, in line with the comfort, support requirements and the participant’s right to Choice and Control under the NDIS.

As an experienced SIL home NDIS Support Worker, you will know that we need employees who are adaptable to work AM and PM shifts. Availability on some weekends is a must. We have a rotating roster available that includes day shifts, evenings and overnights.

We need you to be able to assist our clients with their daily routines and skills, such as Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties etc. Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid certificate + CPR
- Current Driver's Licence & access to a reliable vehicle




- Experience in Mental Health, challenging behaviours are desired or Mental Health First Aid
- Experienced in supporting a High Complexity clients
- Experience with clients who are non-verbal
- Experience with clients that require seizure management
- Minimum certificate III in Disability or Assistance in nursing
