Active Agents Hervey Bay is seeking an experienced and motivated residential sales agent to join our growing independent agency.

n

We are generating a consistent number of organic enquiries, appraisals and listing opportunities and are ready to welcome an accomplished agent who can take ownership of these opportunities and manage the complete sales process.

n

This is not a junior sales associate or prospecting-only position. It is a senior role for someone who can demonstrate an ability to secure listings, manage vendors, negotiate confidently and progress campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.

You will be supported by an established local business, an experienced administration team, modern technology and a strong flow of genuine opportunities.

The role

- Conducting market appraisals and listing presentations
n
- Converting office-generated and self-generated opportunities
n
- Managing residential sales campaigns from listing to settlement
n
- Providing regular, honest and professional vendor communication
n
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
n
- Negotiating offers and achieving strong outcomes for clients
n
- Following up buyers, sellers and appraisal opportunities
n
- Building lasting relationships throughout the Hervey Bay community
n
- Maintaining accurate records, follow-up tasks and pipelines within our CRM
n
- Contributing positively to the agency's reputation, culture and future growth

About you

n

n
- Demonstrated residential real estate sales experience
n
- A strong history of securing listings and completing sales
n
- A current Queensland real estate registration or licence
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- The confidence to manage appraisals, vendors and negotiations independently
n
- Strong organisation and reliable follow-up habits
n
- Confidence using CRMs, digital proposals, electronic contracts,



social media and modern sales technology
n
- A professional, ethical and client-focused approach
n
- A current driver licence and reliable transport
n
- The motivation to grow their profile and income within a supportive team
n

Local market knowledge and an established Fraser Coast network would be highly regarded, but proven performance and the right attitude are equally important.

We understand that experienced agents value different things. For the right person, we are open to discussing a remuneration structure that provides the preferred balance between base salary, commission, incentives and working conditions.

Remuneration

n

The position offers a base salary in the vicinity of $80,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation, allowances and uncapped commission.

n

The final package will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on their demonstrated track record and preferred remuneration structure.
