Job Description

Orana Gardens in Dubbo NSW is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for our aged care facilities. This full time role focuses on safeguarding safety, reliability, and optimal functioning of buildings, systems, and grounds.

You will plan preventative maintenance, supervise a maintenance team, and liaise with contractors to deliver cost-effective, compliant solutions while maintaining comprehensive records and ensuring high care standards for residents.
