Strive Community Care in Ipswich, Queensland, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a cluster of Out of Home Care services across the south-west and south-east regions. You will supervise Therapeutic Care Managers and ensure trauma-informed, culturally protected care for children and young people in statutory care.

You will foster service quality, manage case planning, liaise with the Department of Child Safety, and contribute to 24/7 on-call coverage.
