The Opportunity

Our Sales Cadetship Program is a 12-24 month structured development journey designed to set you up for long-term success.

n

You'll gain hands-on experience in domestic transport while developing strong sales foundations through on-the-job training, mentoring, and professional development, all while building exposure to the wider supply chain across our business.

About the Cadetship

n

n
- Based at our Gold Coast branch
n
- 12-24 months of hands-on, well-supported training
n
- Learn the systems and processes behind efficient national transport operations
n
- Exposure to the full supply chain, including warehousing, international freight, and local cartage
n
- Experience across dispatch, customer service, and account management
n
- Participation in internal and external sales training programs
n
- Opportunity to attend customer meetings and gain real-world sales experience
n
