Komatsu Pakenham is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to hit the ground running and keep our customers moving. You'll be out in the field working on industry-leading equipment, solving problems, and making a real impact every day.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining Komatsu equipment in the field.
n
- Troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical and mechanical issues.
n
- Completing service reports and job paperwork.
n
- Working closely with customers and the wider service team.
n
- Delivering secure, high-quality work every time.
n

n

Roster: 7:30am to 4:00pm roster with overtime opportunities based on operational needs.

n

What we are looking for

n

n
- Qualified Mobile Plant Mechanic with experience working on heavy equipment.
n
- Ability to work autonomously across both field and workshop environments.
n




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Strong troubleshooting ability with a high level of attention to detail.
n
- Solid computer systems skills for service and diagnostic work.
n
- White Card required.
n
- Forklift licence highly regarded.
n
- Dogman ticket and truck licence beneficial.
n
- Commitment to providing high quality customer service.
n
