This opportunity sits within a well capitalised private family office, operating independently from a broader global corporate group.

The office manages private capital investments and requires a hands on Compliance Officer to support and strengthen its Australian financial services framework.

You will work closely with senior leadership in a high trust setting, with clear accountability for compliance oversight across the investment structure.

The Focus Of The Role

n

- Develop and enhance the Compliance Plan, policies and procedures
n
- Deliver the Compliance Monitoring Program and Board reporting
n
- Manage regulatory breach reporting and ASIC notifications
n
- Maintain conflicts of interest registers and AR oversight
n
- Support AML CTF obligations, IDR processes, and regulatory compliance
n




- High ownership role with real influence

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 3 plus years experience in compliance or risk within Australian financial services
n
- Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASIC expectations
n
- Experience supporting an AFSL environment, ideally within managed funds
n
- Ability to translate legislation into practical controls
n
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
n
