We are looking for a new piano teacher to join a growing piano studio in Point Cook. If you love working and sharing knowledge to children and adults alike, are responsible, friendly, positive and patient, then this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- -Deliver fun,



engaging and professional piano lessons catering to students of all ages and levels
n
- -Maintain regular records and updates of students
n
- -Participate and collaborate with other teachers in students' concerts and performances
n
- -Prepare and guide students through AMEB, ABRSM, or equivalent exam pathways as required.
n
- -Maintain a consistent lesson schedule and communicate proactively with students and families.
n

Skill & Experience

n

n
- -A degree in music (piano performance/music teaching/ composition) and/or a Diploma/AMusA/grade 8 level in ABRSM/AMEB or equivalent is a MUST.
n
- -An experience in a classroom teaching/private teaching for at least a year.
n
- -a valid Working with Children Check / VIT registration (willingness to obtain one)
n
- -Right to work in Australia
n
- -University students with relevant degree and qualifications are encouraged to apply
n
- -A genuine passion for teaching across all age groups and skill levels.
n
- -Punctual, good time management and responsible with teaching tasks.
n
- -Robust communication skills and a collaborative, reflective mindset.
n
- -Committed to work long term (at least 2 year period)
n
- -Having a method of transportation might be needed for convenience in commuting.
