Seasonal Forklift Driver – Australia Post – Crestmead, QLD, AU.

Full time on site

Seasonal team members generally commence across October and November and depending on parcel volume, assisting us to deliver until around Christmas.

You’ll be paid Seasonal Forklift Drivers (21 years or older) are paid $35.83 per hour, including casual loading, plus 12% superannuation Junior rates apply to applicants under 21 years old Some roles may also attract penalty rates for overtime, evening, and weekend work 12% superannuation rate.

About you

- You hold a valid LF Forklift License
- You enjoy a physical role, can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly, have a excellent memory and attention to detail
- You're safety conscious and able to safely operate equipment such as conveyors, loading/lifting devices including pallet jacks to load and unload parcels from trucks and vans
- You enjoy a fast paced environment where compliance checks are required
- You're comfortable handling parcels that may contain meat and/or alcohol products
