We're looking for a new technician with a positive attitude, customer-focused, attention to detail, reliable, and hard workingCarpet Cleaner to join our team atA1 Carpet Cleaning .
What We're Offering
- $68,000 base salary plus super with weekly bonuses averaging around $100-$200 (based on upsells and 5 star reviews). Pay rise to $72,000 base after one year if you are starting with no experience.

What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a carpet cleaning expert (yet), but you do need:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine desire to do the job properly every time
- A friendly and professional approach to customers
- Reliability – our clients are counting on us to show up
- Great physical fitness – you'll be on your feet and moving
- A current driver's licence
- Police check required
If you have 12+ months of professional carpet cleaning experience , you'll start on the higher end of the pay scale.
A Lifestyle Job
This job has a balance of physically active work, communicating with the team/clients and driving breaks.
- An average day has 4-5 jobs which allows driving breaks between jobs
- Deep cleaning carpet, couches, mattresses, rugs, tiles and leather with our premium equipment
- Building relationships with customers
- Upselling additional services
- Communicating with the team about the jobs
