Together Two Ltd is looking for a dedicated support worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to participants requiring complex and high-intensity support. The role requires a Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health or a related field, plus experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans.

Mandatory checks and certifications include First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation
