Healix in Melbourne seeks Assistance Coordinators to join our local team. The role involves responding proactively to travel, medical and security assistance requests with cost-effective, customer-focused solutions.
You will work as part of a team with shifts on a rostered basis, typically 10-hour blocks between 08:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday. Previous experience in an Assistance Coordinator or similar role is helpful but not required.
