Prosperosa is seeking compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to assist participants with community-based supports and some SIL environments. You will help with daily living tasks, transport, appointments and provide emotional support in a recovery-oriented, person-centred manner.

Ideal applicants will have experience in mental health, disability or community services, maintain skilled boundaries, and work well both independently and in a team.
