Capital S.M.A.R.T is excited to hire a Customer Service Officer to join the team at SMART Belconnen. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about repairs and ensuring customers feel confident their car is in capable hands.

Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:00–4:00. You’ll greet customers, share transparent repair updates, maintain a welcoming environment, and manage the vehicle return process, addressing any concerns.
