- Build Relationships: Connect with customers, understand their needs, and become their trusted advisor.
- Offer Solutions: Provide product guidance and technical support (don’t worry - we’ll train you!).
- Manage Orders: Quote, process, and track orders with precision and care.
- Communicate Clearly: Keep customers informed on timelines, deliveries, and updates.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales reps and offices nationwide to enhance service and inventory.
- Solve Problems:



Tackle challenges head-on and ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- 2+ years of customer service or administration experience.
- Confident communicator with a great phone manner.
- Organised and tech-savvy (MS Office skills a must!).
- Have an extremely high attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Bonus: Engineering qualification is a plus!
