About the role

We have exciting full time and part time opportunities available for passionate and professional Horticulturists, Team Leaders and Labourers with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for our client. The role entails all facets of landscape maintenance, including mowing,use of ride on mower, edging, pruning, mulching, plant installation and landscape enhancement works.

Skills and experience

- Experience in using a ride on mower
- Experience in leading teams
- Minimum 1-3 years of team leadership experience is required
- An eagerness to learn with a 'can-do' attitude
- Strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills
- Motivation, reliability, honesty, and strong initiative
- Good presentation and communication skills
- A valid driver's licence is essential
- Working with children check (or able to obtain)
- Police Check (or able to obtain)
- Australian work rights are required for this position
