Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a CRM and Loyalty Specialist on a 6-month contract to join the Customer & Strategy team. You will drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our brands by managing CRM platforms and delivering targeted campaigns.
Reporting to Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will analyse results, optimise loyalty programs, and collaborate with product, marketing, IT, and retailers to deliver commercially impactful experiences.
