We’re looking for multiple Diploma Qualified Educator (or Graduate Diploma qualified) to join our team in a full-time ongoing role that offers both connection and variety across a portfolio of Meli Kindergarten’s within close geographical proximity.

Your Week at a Glance
This is a Full time, Ongoing role offering 76 hours per fortnight , with flexibility, variety, and the chance to work across a small group of nearby services.
From time to time, you may also step into an Activity Group Leader role, providing a natural pathway to build your confidence and strengthen practice.
Travel from your designated home kindergarten site is paid, helping you feel supported wherever your day takes you.
This position is paid in line with VECTA 2020:
Diploma qualified educator: $32.35 p/h + super

What You Bring, We Celebrate
- A Diploma or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Hold a valid full Driver's License
- Access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Valid and current Working with Children Check
- A strong understanding of the VEYLDF, EYLF, and National Quality Framework
- Confidence stepping into new environments and building relationships quickly
- The ability to collaborate with different teams and contribute positively to each service
- A willingness to take initiative and step into lead the group when needed
- A passion for play-based learning and reflective practice
