We're looking for an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our bids and submissions team. This rapid-paced and diverse role will see you working with the Submissions team to coordinate tenders for the business. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of our Pre-Contracts team as we are actively pursuing a range of opportunities throughout the country. The role can be based in any ARCH studio: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Newcastle.

Key responsibilities

- Using pre-established templates to set up tender response documentation
- Collating information, obtaining graphics and assisting the team with reviewing and updating content
- Updating and coordinating Resource Library content
- Formatting of documents to a high standard in a variety of word processing and graphic design software packages
- Maintaining structures and organised folder systems

About you





- Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, InDesign, MS Word and related software
- A good ability to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, presentation of information and personal high-quality standards of work
- A confident communicator who can articulate themselves clearly, coupled with the ability to proofread and correct grammatical mistakes
- Prior experience in a pre-contracts/submissions role within a similar environment would be highly beneficial
