To be successful in joining our high performing team, you will need to demonstrate:
n
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a mortgage broker with strong technical skills and product knowledge
n
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with house and land construction finance
n
- Impeccable approach to client services
n
- Minimum - Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Diploma Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred or ability to obtain
n
- FBAA or MFAA membership
n
- Ability to undergo a CV check through our Aggregator (nMB – National Mortgage Brokers)
and all other industry relevant checks and certifications
n
- Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and the drive to exceed the client's expectations and business performance requirements.
n
- Be an excellent communicator
n
- Experience with BrokerEngine is highly regarded
n
- Availability to service clients during evenings and weekends is a must
n
- Hold an ABN or ability to obtain one
n
- Pass a reference check
n
