GemLife, a leading Australian residential developer, is seeking an Estimating Manager to drive estimating excellence nationwide. You will lead a team of estimators, shape cost planning strategy, and oversee correlations between estimates, POs, and final project costs.

The role requires advanced Databuild experience, solid leadership, and keen stakeholder management across construction and procurement. Based in Helensvale, you will guide cost data integrity and strategic cost reduction
