This is a full-time, office-based role supporting customers, the sales team and daily branch operations.

Key responsibilities

n

- Assist with customer enquiries, quotations and orders
n
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
n
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
n
- Maintain customer records and sales documents
n
- Coordinate with other branches and internal departments
n
- Assist with general branch administration
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in administration, sales support or a similar role
n
- Experience in the farm machinery or earthmoving equipment industry is highly regarded
n




- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Good organisation and attention to detail
n
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
n
- Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
n
