Stronghold Hire is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Scaffolder to join our team delivering high-quality edge protection systems across residential and commercial construction projects throughout Sydney.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front, manage a small installation crew, and play a key part in maintaining the safety, quality, and efficiency standards we're known for.

The Role

n

n
- Leading and supervising edge protection installation crews
n
- Installing and dismantling temporary edge protection systems
n
- Coordinating daily site activities and allocating tasks
n
- Maintaining safety and compliance on site
n
- Ensuring equipment and materials are accounted for and returned correctly
n
- Liaising with site supervisors, builders, and project managers
n
- Training and mentoring junior installers and scaffolders
n




- Completing site paperwork and pre-start requirements
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Scaffolding ticket (Basic or Overseas qualified)
n
- Experience leading crews on construction sites
n
- Strong understanding of site safety requirements
n
- Ability to read plans and work independently
n
- Reliable, organised and skilled attitude
n

n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Working at Heights ticket
n
- Experience with edge protection systems
n
- Tube and Fitting experience
n

n
