To support our expanding digital operations, we're seeking a hands‐on E‐commerce Assistant in Mulgrave. This role will suit someone who enjoys working with data, is process‐oriented, and wants to build a career in e‐commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Run and verify reportsn n
- Generate monthly sales, stock and performance reports using existing logic.
n




- Validate data against automated daily reports to identify discrepancies and flag issues.
n

- Maintain reporting proceduresn

n
- Follow established SOPs in our system, keeping documentation up to date.
n
- Identify and report anomalies (e.g. unexpected changes in Shopify reports) .
n

n
- Ensure data integrityn

n
- Maintain accurate product and inventory data in Shopify and related systems.
n
- Cross‐check stock levels against sales performance.
n

n
- Learn and support systemsn

n
- Familiarise yourself with Shopify and HubSpot materials.
n
- Provide first‐line support to the sales team for routine technical issues.
n

n
- Execute established proceduresn

n
- Understand existing workflows and follow‐ups.
n
- Communicate efficiently with the different teams to keep them informed and follow up as needed. Manage ad‐hoc tasks as they arise.
n

- Use AI effectivelyn

n
- Determine which tasks can be delegated to AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
n
- Formulate clear questions, interpret AI responses and conduct basic verification.
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- 1–2 years' experience in operations, administration, sales support, IT systems, e‐commerce, supply chain or related fields.
n
- Logical thinker – demonstrated ability to understand processes and solve problems quickly.
n
- Data & Excel proficient – comfortable running and modifying reports with formulas like VLOOKUP; able to learn and apply new functions on the spot.
n
- Communication skills – clear and concise written and verbal communication to coordinate with colleagues.
n
- Organised & proactive – able to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines.
n
- Adaptable to technology – curious and comfortable using AI‐powered tools; willing to research and learn new skills as needed.
